The Project
A pharmacy that is easy to shop and easy to run
A community pharmacy has two audiences at once. Customers need to find what they came for and feel they are in a clean, professional place. Staff need every product within reach of the counter, a clear point for payment, and a dispensing area that stays organised on a busy day.
At Kenri Pharmacy in Ngong, the walls do the work. White display joinery runs floor to ceiling with glass shelves, so stock is visible from the door and the room reads bright and clinical rather than cramped. Closed cabinets below keep back-up stock out of sight. Glass upper cabinets take slower-moving lines without losing the display.

- Front counter with built-in product display facing the customer
- Recessed downlighting for even, shadow-free light on every shelf
